On April 29, 2009, Soto released his third album, Mesmerized, and is currently climbing the contemporary jazz charts with the single release of "Groovalicious."

The second single, "Stay Awhile" became a Top 10, giving him two hit singles off the Stay Awhile album. Smooth and Soul would declare Soto as a “master of the guitar” and would rave, “He is definitely one of today's top notch guitarists.” A Jazz Lynx review that declared the CD to be “destined to among a few elite projects” would only give a glimpse into what is sure to be a magical future for this artist.
