Starting 1st came Terrills' wish to select an R&B vocalist he felt should still be a big part of this R&B thang today - Ms. Tanya Blount. And her very romantic, sensual approach in the quiet stormin' delight "Through The Rain"! (Off the album, 'Natural Thing' in 1994) It opens up the flow at #100!
