This crooner has every right to be in the Top 100. His voice is staggering, tender and romantic. As for much of the great slow jams his former trio group, After 7, has entertained the hearts of millions of fans throughout the world came the arrival of lead singer Kevon Edmonds. Who cannot forget those memorable classics? We won't...as you can see by now.
When Kevon jumped from the group to go solo for his 1999 release "24/7", the same title track leaped to major success on the Billboard R&B Charts. His sound undeniably sat him on a path to possibly become another legendary stand out crooner for all of rhythm & blues music. No doubt - It was destined to be. He recently released "Who Knew" off Shanachie Records and it has been reviewed by us here at T.U.M.S.
And we anticipate another project from such a gifted vocalist.
