November 10, 2010 (Baltimore, Maryland) - Just off the heals of earning her first, #1 Billboard Gospel Single, "I Want To Say Thank You," Habakkuk Music recording artist Lisa Page Brooks is being further recognized with nominations for the 2010 Soul Train Award  for Best Gospel Performance and 2011 Stellar Gospel Music Award for Best Contemporary Vocalist.  

Brooks is also set to release her new video for the second single, "God Is Good" (STRONG 10/20/09) which will premiere on BET Video Gospel on Sunday, November 14^th (11am EST). 

Additionally, the video will world premiere via the internet on Friday, November 12^th at 12noon EST. Several outlets will simultaneously carry "God Is Good,".

STRONG Brooks' 2009 release under Habakkuk Music Inc. is her latest contribution to gospel music and first project since her 2001 self-titled album. After 23 years in the industry, Brooks' music is celebrated now more than ever.  Well-known as the lead vocalist of the female gospel group, Witness, Brooks began making a name for herself with hit songs from the quartet's 1986 album, "Keep Looking Up".  It was the group's third release, "We Can Make a Difference," that placed the group on the country's national radar and attracted fans from the urban, R&B community. Fruits of the group's labor include multiple Grammy nominations, Dove awards, and a Stellar award.  In 1997 Lisa embarked on her first solo project, "More Than You'll Ever Know". The album garnered attention from major industry insiders and earned the budding soloist her first Dove Award.
