Young Rising Talent Is The Spotlight Artist On American Veterans Radio Week Of Dec. 26; Recently Appeared On Popular L.A. TV Show, ACTORS ENTERTAINMENT


        

(LOS ANGELES) - Randell K., rising young pianist-vocalist in the Los Angeles music scene, has been nominated in the "Jazz Artist Of the Year" category for the 2011 (21st Annual) Los Angeles Music Awards, it was announced by LAMA Executive Producer, Al Bowman. The 21st Annual LA Music Awards are again expected to take place at Paramount Theater on the Paramount Studios Lot, with date tbd.

         

Randell K's talents were acknowledged early on when he was one of the youngest artists ever to perform live at the storied Catalina Bar & Grill, as well as the Vine Street Bar & Grill, both in Hollywood, Calif., sharing the stage with the likes of Manhattan Transfer and other A-List acts. Randell K's self-titled debut disc, released this past year, was produced by Keg Johnson and William Zimmerman, whose past credits include Will Smith, Levert, LL Cool J and The Spinners, to name a few.
