Watch out for Singer Entisar and New EP, "Rebirth" (Avail Now)

The name Entisar, which means “victory” in Arabic, could not have been a more fitting name for this 1977
born vocalist.  Born by two Eritrean freedom fighters but raised by two Dutch adventurers it was soon clear that Entisar’s upbringing was different than the others around her. Although she was raised in an environment different from her roots, there was one universal thing she discovered at a very early age that gave her a sense of connection to the different worlds: music. Starting as a passionate listener to music at the age of 6, the desire to express herself in music grew as the years went by. Taking piano lessons became a natural step since there was a piano in her parent’s house. After discovering she could hold a tune very well, and was more than interested in the story behind songs, Entisar started to attend vocal lessons in her early twenties.

Experiencing life and lost love in the meantime made her write some of her experiences down and these memories soon became songs. But it was not until she teamed up with producer Superflex in 2005 that these songs slowly but gradually stepped into the recording light. It is now 2010 and Entisar is proud to announce the much anticipated EP “Rebirth”.
