El DeBarge Voluntarily Enters Into Rehabilitation

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- El DeBarge has voluntarily checked himself into a rehabilitation center to deal with issues stemming from many years of substance abuse.
